Cynthia Rhodes, with her dancing skills, became famous for dance-themed movies. She played Tina Tech in “Flashdance,” Jackie in “Staying Alive,” opposite John Travolta, and Penny in “Dirty Dancing.” The only big non-dancing project she had was “Runaway,” where she starred alongside Tom Selleck. She also starred in music videos like Toto’s “Rosanna.”
