Frank Sinatra and Nancy Barbato Sinatra, his first wife, had a son named Frank Sinatra Jr., a singer-songwriter like his famous father and sister Nancy. He didn’t experience the same height of worldwide success his dad enjoyed, but the crooner was still all about performing on the road.
