It was only a few meters away from hotels, restaurants, and parks, making it a prime spot for those who are interested in purchasing their very first house without being too far from local convenience stores.
However, there’s also a downside to owning a pad that was built for more than half a century ago. It’s likely there would be plumbing issues, cracked drywall, and probably with insulation, too! No wonder Joyce took a while to decide; she didn’t want to spend too much money on this fixer-upper.
