The veteran property specialists were glad to report that it turned out Joyce wasn’t a hoarder, nor was she a cluttered mess – there wasn’t even a piece of litter strewn outside her lawn. Each tile and window sill was in excellent condition and even looked like it was recently power washed!
But there was another possible issue that the Spizzirris would meet in the long run. Houses built in the fifties usually had some electrical issues, and as such, Joyce didn’t bother keeping too many high-tech appliances around the residence for fear of blowing up a fuse. Not that she knew how to operate them!
