The Hangover star was actually partying too hard in real-life, which obviously didn’t help him with weight issues. Zach Galifianakis was often called the “big and funny” guy, but it was his clue to change people’s perception.

The first thing Zach did was to give up on alcohol and sugar from his diet. Wondering if sugar is so bad, why do we even consume it?
