Before becoming a country superstar, Miranda Lambert started as a contestant for Nashville Star. And despite losing in the program, it was the eventual stepping stone for her lucrative music career! Unfortunately, the songstress didn’t feel so confident due to some extra body fats.

It didn’t take long before the White Liar belter decided to switch up her lifestyle and turned to healthier food choices. Paired with a regular exercise routine through circuit training, Miranda ultimately lost a total of 20 pounds. Wow! It’s no wonder she looks so fit onstage!
