Many women gain weight after having children, and celebs are not immune to this. Perhaps it was the sedentary lifestyle too. Many things account for the condition, but actress Tiffani Amber Thiessen was not going to give up. She adopted healthy lifestyle changes that brought her good results – and lost some 45 pounds!

She’s sticking to the workout and eating habits that helped keep from excessive weight gain when she got pregnant with her second child. She even went on to reprise a role in the television series Saved By The Bell. Way to go, Tiffani!
