Janet Jackson – Good Workout Schedule, 70 Lbs

For many people, childbirth comes with some added weight, and legendary singer Janet Jackson was no different. When she announced her pregnancy, she looked visibly more prominent, but despite being 50, that didn’t deter her from getting back to her toned self.

Janet put in the work, and with the help of her trainer, she would do 45-minute long cardio sessions for four to six days every week. With that much workout, it’s no wonder she doesn’t look a day over thirty despite being in her mid-fifties, making the rest of us want to go to the gym and get her body too.
